Review: V for Vendetta

Mixing political thoughts,
historical events and action movies this film creates the perfect scenary to became a big entertainment:
This movie is based on Alan's Moore graphic novel V for Vendetta, it's the four hundred year-old incident of Guy Fawkes and his failed attempt to blow up the Houses of Parliament.
After an opening showing Fawkes being captured and hung, events switch to 2020 Britain under the totalitarian regime. But a lone figure V (Hugo Weaving), wearing a Guy Fawkes mask and hat, is on a mission to finish the job Fawkes failed to.
V For Vendetta is way too heavy handed in its political doctrines to effectively make its point. Too many long speeches full of rhetoric . Added to which is the problem of identifying and connecting with a leading character concealed behind a mask. V finds an ally for his cause in the elfin figure of Evey (Natalie Portman) who he rescues from impending escape of the hands of a group "police" unit used to impose the curfew.
V establishes his intentions of destroying one of the greatest institution on the government, the Houses of Parliament asking for people's support. Imprisoned in his own hiding place, he pursues a vengeful spree, murdering all those who have personally wronged him. Finally after fulfilled his desires of revenge V dies and he delegates the responsibility of initiating a new "project" of country in Evey, who was helped for V to manage and remove the fears of her life. Finally the spirit of freedom, and the idea that thoughts never die, but they are who staing in the history, is what reamins in our minds with an exciting end.
Personaly i think that thist movie is just perfect. It has everything that likes me: Natalie Portman, politics and action. A character like V full of thriller with and history that during the film is developed and a greatful use of rethoric and philosophical thougths. The Liberalism agaisnt fascism, the need of the expression, the freedom of the people and his minds... give some chaos to the obligatory order, the victory of the true agaist lies... love vs hate, vengance, Vendetta.
I don't have bad commentaries about this movie, it is only perfect...

Critiques
First i'll talk about his blog's desing: The black color may represent the darkness in his heart, and the distribution of the post is the basic, so he isn't so worried about his blog. In the other hand there is a picture that is really worrying:

What can we thought about someone how has a picture like this in his blog? a member of a sect? a real metaphor of politics? i have been anilizing what could represent in his life this picture, but is complex.
I think that he is a little structured for his thought, for example his last post was about buildings and architecture, that is a respectful kind of art but otherwise is to square... even if is about new form of structure it will always be something "cold".
Diego is too deep in his comment, scientist, positivist, but always interesting and correct...
He need open his mind and put some colours to his life, left the empirical aside and free his mind of the "square" thought that he has, just like i have been doing with some kinds of topics in my life.
Diego isn't sick, and ins't a strange people, but he need to givo colours to his blog and comments.

VIDAS
When i read that the third post was about a piece of art that likes me i think about a lot of paints, music and sculptures, but none of them has something special that makes me talk about of it...So i started remembering any piece of art that has some sence and this Grafitti came to my mind...
When you see it it don't have any sence, is hard to read for someone how doesn't know about this kind of art and isn't that famous to be in a museum or framed in a paint, but it has a special message...
If you try to read it there are 3 letters: V D S and they are the summary of ViDaS that in english means LIFES... This was made by a couple of friends, when they were young because they have some troubles whit their families, the school and different kind of things but with some support of his friends they could overcome. That make in his lifes something "in common" and because they like to express their feelings in this kind of art, in a group they decided to call themselves VDS.
The first time that i saw it was at the age of 14 when I meet this group of friends, I don't remember to much about them... and i don't know any of them now... the last time that i see them was too much time ago... But whit this picture I remember their stories, and I think in how 3 words can mean so much for them
Any this was the piece of art that I want to share with you so...!! Enjoy!

“New blood test promises doping breakthrough”
First of all this isn’t an entertaining article, but either way is interesting know what’s new in sport, especially in the way that it’s judged, specifically in the part that sportsmen can cheat: The doping.
This article talks about a new test for previously undetectable blood transfusions to analyse blood samples. The world Anti-Doping agency confirmed that the new test was in the offing but not would say if it had been approved, because if they indicate when is the test ready, the athletes would be warned. They’re looking for a method to reveal “autologous blood transfusion” because it hasn’t been implemented.
The autologous blood transfusion involve the removal and re-injection of an athlete’s own blood and was previously undetectable, a test for that exist since 2000 but it hasn’t been implemented.
With the test implemented the International Olympic Committee and all the organizations could do more exhaustive tests of doping to be anticipated to the creation and marketing of different products that improve the sportsmen's performances.
The idea isn’t only develop the test for autologous but with the introduction of the “Athlete’s passport” tracking their blood values. With that they will track any variation on the athlete’s blood. So the discussion is about the legal terms and the approbation of the test.

I think that improving the ways that Organizations ands Committees of any sport detect the doping – a very bad way to try to win a competition- is a great way to make the sports more competitive and avoid any kind of cheating. Personally i consider myself a sportsman and i believe in the sportsmanship and the value of victory obtained whit your owns skills. If there are people that thinks only in be victorious and win any competition at any price even using pills and others things to improve their performances they must be separated through the doping. That will help to increase the sportsmanship and creates a institution of values in the persons that really do sports for more than a victory

Look at this, my favorite page about political sciences
In my case almost the time when i need know something about the management of Chile or the political issues i go to a newspaper portal or to an information portal. There are several websites that had the information, but from all i prefeer two of them...
There is the website of "La tercera" newspaper that is one of the most important newspapers in Santiago (http://www.latercera.cl/) since i was a child my dad would bring the daily newspaper home from work, but he would arrive to late so that every time i read the paper i read older news, about the day that has passed, because the paper was too late, so as i coudn't read the news time i started to read it from the web and that was better. So i have the news at the right time and there where up to date.
But with time i found that the news where about the complete day, is a resume of the most important things that have been passing and they haven't been actualized during the day, so i started to search annother "news" website that can do what i needed... so then was when TErra apears... "the portal of the chileans" is a important portal of news that is continously been updated whit the most recently information, news or any international issue that is passing or have passed...

Second assignment
"Why is the LGE not enough? What more do Chilean students deserve? Is taking over buildings and protesting classes the best way to make these changes? "
First, i'm totally desagree whit the students, (i think you're impressed about this) this is unussual but, im to critical and (in my opinion) there are betters ways for expression.
The Government is not doing the best for public education, but is doing something. There is a considerable effort about this topic, but it need support for his developement. In Chile exist scholarships and diferrents kinds of educational programs to help the most needed and capable of our contry. Obviusly there will be diference betwen a pivated and public school about his financing, this will not change without importing what is done, the thing that could be changed is about the quality of it. And the quality will not came alone, it needs effort, but not only from the government but from the students too.
I think that students are losing much of their time traying to change the system, and the laws that rule it, thy must pick the benefit that has been given and do with that betters thing about his education, they should not hope that the things were coming for free, or taking over buildings, or destroying public places; We, the students, have the obligation of be greaters, we need some help, but only some, the rest only depends of us.
